Experimenting with peppers for my chipotle IPA #homebrew. #IPA and smoked ale with habanero, Anaheim, control, Cheyenne/ finger and Serrano peppers. Think I’m going with a blend of habanero and Cheyenne.
Brewed a four gallon batch of Spicy Old Man Chipolte IPA this afternoon. Still not sure if this is s good idea, but I’m pretty happy with how well I measured to end up with four gallons in the fermenter. #homebrew #ipa
